Blueberry Oat Smoothie

It has been so beautiful in New Jersey for the last week and we have some beautiful weather in the horizon. February is usually the coldest month of the year for us. But, we are so lucky to have this weather. More so, since we just started construction on our home-to-be! (post coming soon) With all this warmer weather, I’ve been craving these refreshing smoothies. So…here is a Blueberry Oat Smoothie for when you’re just dying for something refreshing & healthy!

Blueberry Oat Smoothie

How to make:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup quick oats
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon greek yogurt
1 organic medjool date, pitted
1 teaspoon maca (optional)
6-8 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
